Warranties

 Carefree warrants the workmanship of the installation for lifetime of purchaser from completion date. During the warranty period, Carefree will repair at no charge to you any defects due to faulty workmanship. Carefree’s warranty does not cover damage caused by but not limited to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper care/cleaning. This warranty does not cover normal expansion and contraction of wood products. Fixtures are covered mt the individual manufactures warranty.

Granite/Marble Counter:

 Carefree warrants the workmanship of the installation for lifetime of purchaser from completion date. During the warranty period, Carefree will repair at no charge to you any defects due to faulty workmanship. Carefree’s warranty does not cover damage caused by but not limited to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper care/cleaning. Using a specially formulated granite/marble cleaner and stone sealer is required. Granite and Marble are natural surface products and are therefore subject to variations in shade, structure and pattern. Fissures and pitting are normal and are considered part of the beauty of natural stone, not a defect and are not covered by warranty.

 These unique characteristics of natural stone when it was formed in the earth make it NOT subject to inspection/approval appearance/warranty. Using a specially formulated granite/marble cleaner and stone sealer is required. Hot water will do for quick clean ups. Wipe soap/toothpaste/acidic residue immediately with hot water and a soft cloth.  Salesmen samples are a representation of product and may not represent the complete characteristics of a full countertop.
