Warranties

WARRANTY INFORMATION, INCLUDING DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. Carefree warrants the workmanship of the installation for lifetime of purchaser from completion date. During the warranty period, Carefree will repair at no charge to you any defects due to faulty workmanship. Carefree’s warranty does not cover damage caused by but not limited to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper care/cleaning. The foregoing warranty is contingent upon the Customer having paid all amounts due and owing to Carefree pursuant to this Agreement. Merchandise and materials are covered exclusively by the Manufacturer’s warranty, if any. The only warranty provided by Carefree is the express warranty set forth herein. CAREFREE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  The silicone seals as applied to the Jacuzzi Signature and Deluxe bath systems is fully warranted against separation or leakage for five years. Insufficient or improper cleaning, lack of ventilation, hard water may cause the appearance of mold on the silicone surfaces. This condition, should it occur is NOT covered under warranty. Any service will be  on a fee basis. Should homeowner not report silicone separation within a timely manner damage may result which would not be covered under warranty.
