 Jacuzzi Bath Remodel (the “Company”) offers a limited lifetime warranty for defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser of Jacuzzi® branded fixtures,  for personal or single family owner/occupied residential use (“user”). Warranty coverage is not transferrable. The Company will repair or replace, at its sole option, the JBR Bath Product in accordance with the following terms, conditions and limitations. This warranty does not apply to products in commercial use are excluded from any warranty coverage whatsoever. 

 The components and coverage of this warranty are for defects in material or workmanship, and not damage caused by  neglect; carelessness; misuse; abuse; modification; hard water conditions; damage caused by failure to follow the instructions and warnings that accompany the product, including but not limited to improper cleaning of a product and its component parts, such as using chemicals, abrasives, acids, solvents, etc.; the use of other than genuine Company parts; accessories; lack of proper routine maintenance; product being exposed or coming into contact with dyes, paints, inks, cosmetics, pigments, food, paint removers, fingernail polish remover, cigarettes or any heat source, abrasive pads or cleaners or cleaners or cleaning agents other than those approved by Company. Pulse shower Spas are covered by a lifetime manufactures warranty for defects and Carefree Home Pros for installation errors.   Defects Covered; Warranty Period. Pulse Shower Spas, Inc. (“Pulse”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser who purchases this shower spa (the “Product”) for use in his or her own home, that the Product will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns that same home. For all other purchasers (including, but not limited to purchasers for industrial, commercial and business use), the above warranty will apply for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase. 2. Remedy. If the Product does not conform to the above warranty, Pulse, at its option, will repair or replace the Product, free of charge. For warranty claims, please visit www.pulseshowerspas.com/index.php/warranty. Pulse may require that you return the Product to Pulse, shipping prepaid, in which case Pulse will provide you with a return materials authorization number (RMA). Pulse may also require that you provide evidence of the date you purchased the Product. Pulse will ship a new or repaired Product to you, at the expense of Pulse. Service labor will be performed by Carefree Home Pros free of charge. 3. Exclusions. Pulse/Carefree Home Pros shall not be responsible for failure of the Product, and the above warranties will not apply, if the Product fails as a result of  improper use, modifications or repairs by anyone other than Carefree Home Pros, or accident or abuse 4. Warranty on Repairs and Replacements. For consumer purchasers who purchased the Product for home use, repaired or replacement Products will continue to be covered under this warranty for as long as he or she owns that same home. For other purchasers, repaired or replacement Products will be covered for the balance of the original warranty period. 

Valve cartridges are considered wear items and the life of the cartridge can be affected by conditions with your existing plumbing and water. The valve cartridge is covered under warranty which must be submitted through the manufacture. The Labor is covered by Carefree Home Pros for a period of 5 years. After five years or if is determined that existing conditions in the house plumbing system are deficient a service fee will apply.

  Replacement parts may be obtained by calling 1-800-289-6636 (Canada 1-800-465-6130), or by writing to the address shown below. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must accompany all warranty claims. Defects or damage caused by the use of other than genuine Moen parts is not covered by this warranty.

Valve cartridges are considered wear items and the life of the cartridge can be affected by conditions with your existing plumbing and water. The valve cartridge is covered under warranty which must be submitted through the manufacture.   The Labor is covered by Carefree Home Pros for a period of 5 years. After five years or if is determined that existing conditions in the house plumbing system are deficient a service fee will apply. 

  Replacement parts may be obtained by submitting a warranty claim with authorized Jacuzzi Dealer Carefree Home Pros.  (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must accompany all warranty claims. 

Shower Curtain rods are warrantied for life against manufacture defects. If your shower curtain rod ever fails to perform return it to Carefree Home Pros for a replacement. This warranty does not cover Scratches, man-made damage, neglect or abuse.

Hard water  and Calcium Deposits can stain your fixtures. If these conditions exists in your home you will need to clean more frequently and should consider a whole home water softener. These conditions are NOT covered by Manufacture warranties.
